This item heals the Defense Down status effect, which is generally caused by any Mimic actively on fire, such as Firegrubs and Hellhoppers.
It can be acquired through the daily quest Fireweed Foraging (MB0007) or bought from Madame Bristlecone's shop in Nidaria Section F.
