Quilltoad Quills are a series of quest items dropped by Quilltoads during the Mimicology quest "Quilltoad Study" (CY0043), assigned by Cypress. The player has to collect 30 of these items to get 30 XP and a Sprocket which gives information on the Quilltoad.
