Oregano can be obtained by filling an Empty Spice Jar that has to be found in one of the three main areas of the game.
In particular, it is awarded by completing one of the following daily quests:
- "Oregano Shipment!" (ED0001) From Rook Edwards
- "A Gift of Oregano" (LL0001) from Leatherleaf
- "A Fistful of Oregano" (SK0001) from Bandero Skarn.
