This is one of the five items you need to collect to fix the sump pump in the Steam City Ruins Factory for the Mission Deployment Quest "Sump Pump Parts" (MD0105). This item is found in a crate one room left, one down and three rooms left of the Water Tower Checkpoint. It is usually guarded by 2 Hazebugs. Once you collect this item and the other four, return to Rook
